Grooming With the Stars!
My best grooming buddy, Gina Grosso, shows us how to trim the underjaw:
UNDERJAW:
Some shelties have a thick amount of hair under the jaw creating a wedge-like appearance on the profile. With double-sided thinning shears, trim the underjaw as shown. You are trimming in a V-shaped pattern. Usually, this is done once or at the most twice a year.
UNDERJAW (at a different angel):
Connie Dubois of Sylvan Collies, shows us how to trim the underjaw at a different angel.
